Turnverein Rüfenach

The Rüfenach Gymnastics Club is an organization that offers a variety of sporting activities for its members. It provides multi-sport gymnastics classes, including team sports such as volleyball, soccer, and floorball. Additionally, there is strength and conditioning training, which takes place both indoors and outdoors. The club has a strong program for young people. The youth gymnastics program (Jugi) is for children from second grade onward and offers varied training with highlights such as gymnastics festivals and competitions. The children's gymnastics program (Kitu) is designed for kindergarten children and first graders and playfully promotes a love of movement and holistic development. A parent-child gymnastics class, where a parent participates together with their child, is currently not offered due to low enrollment. The club also regularly organizes social events for its members. The Rüfenach Gymnastics Club welcomes active individuals of all ages, with a particular focus on its youth programs.
