The Pansy, Turnip, and Salsify Association, or APaRSa, is a non-profit cultural association founded in May 2021. Its mission is to revitalize the cultural and social life of the Pied-du-Jura region. APaRSa showcases diverse artists and offers a wide range of cultural activities. It organizes concerts, plays, sculpture workshops, photography exhibitions, informal gatherings by fountains, and open-air film screenings. The association also encourages picnics and other innovative projects. It prioritizes unconventional initiatives and highlights bold and innovative artists. APaRSa is structured around a participatory approach where members are encouraged to actively contribute to the life of the association. It is open to all those passionate about art in all its forms and wishing to stimulate local cultural life.
