Associazione Prima Infanzia Serravalle

APIS, the Serravalle Early Childhood Association, is a nonprofit organization founded to provide a meeting place for families in the Blenio Valley and surrounding areas. Our mission is to promote sociocultural activities for preschool children and foster socialization among families. We offer various programs for toddlers and the entire family. For children aged 18 months to 4 years, we offer Trotinètt preschool, which is available without the presence of parents, with educational activities focused on experimentation, creativity, and early experiences of independence. We also provide lunch service for the Trotinètt children. In collaboration with InNatura3Valli, we offer preschool in the forest for children aged 2 to 4 years. For children aged 0 to 4 years accompanied by an adult, we offer the Tandem Playgroup, a time to meet and play, sing, and experiment together. We also organize activities called Attiviamoci (Let's Get Involved) for the entire family, including older siblings, parents, and grandparents. Our facility is designed to be a welcoming place with spaces designed for children, filled with natural materials and games that stimulate imagination and creativity. Our target audience is families with young children, but we also want to actively involve parents, older siblings, and grandparents in a community project.
