Can & Gat Carneval Band

The Can & Gat Carneval Band is a musical association founded in Stabio in 2000 by a group of youthful musicians. Today, it is one of the largest Guggen in Ticino and enjoys livening up carnivals throughout the canton, Switzerland, and even across the border into Italy and France. The association offers its members the opportunity to experience Carnival to the fullest, joining a large family that shares commitment, a love of music, and the joy of conveying emotion through costumes, music, and choreography. New members are offered the opportunity to learn to play or dance, even without previous experience. The band also supports itself through culinary activities, such as organizing lunches for seniors and providing catering services. Its primary target audience is enterprising and courageous individuals eager to have fun, regardless of age or prior musical knowledge.
