Samariterverein Stallikon-Aeugst am Albis

The Stallikon-Aeugst am Albis Samaritan Association is a dedicated organization in the Säuliamt region. Its primary goal is to equip its members to provide first aid in emergency situations and to offer medical services at events. Members meet monthly for approximately two-hour training sessions. These sessions cover a variety of realistic topics, including wound care, bandaging, patient positioning, cardiac emergencies, and CPR. The association actively participates in sporting events, village gatherings, and district events by providing first aid services. In addition to training, the association fosters camaraderie through social events such as barbecues, an annual trip, and a Christmas celebration. The association offers its active members free basic training and ongoing instruction from certified Samaritan instructors. Members also receive a Samaritan kit containing essential first aid supplies for personal use. Membership is open to anyone who wishes to actively participate and learn how to respond appropriately to civilian emergencies. No prior knowledge is required for membership, as everything necessary is taught within the club.
