Sezione Samaritani

The Samaritans Section of Vacallo is an integral part of the Association of Samaritan Sections of Ticino and Moesano (ASSTM). This association brings together the Samaritan sections of the Cantons of Ticino and Moesano, operating in accordance with the principles of the Red Cross, guaranteeing neutrality and impartiality. Its primary mission is to provide assistance and relief to the population. The Samaritan Sections offer members the opportunity to volunteer and learn lifesaving skills through ongoing training. The training program is extensive and includes the First Aid Course, which is also essential for obtaining a driver's license, resuscitation courses such as BLS-AED-SRC, specific courses on pediatric emergencies, and advanced training for first responders. In addition to training, members actively participate in the group's social life and can contribute to medical and healthcare services during events. The target audience is all motivated individuals who wish to serve others, regardless of age or cultural background. The association welcomes anyone interested in spreading first aid knowledge and contributing to the well-being of the community through volunteering.
