Société de musique La Gruéria

The La Gruéria Music Society is a brass band based in Vuadens. It comprises 41 musicians and a drum corps. The society actively promotes music and offers a music school for young people from an early age. This school provides structured instruction, including group music theory followed by private instrumental lessons. Young members can then gradually join study groups such as the Gru'Minis and Gru'Maxis, before eventually joining the main band. La Gruéria performs at local events, religious services, and other special occasions, and also participates in cantonal and federal gatherings. The band's repertoire is rich and varied, ranging from traditional to contemporary music. The target audience for the music school is young people from Vuadens and the surrounding area.
