About us
The Harmonie du Pontet is the musical society for the municipalities of Mex, Villars-Sainte-Croix, and Vufflens-la-Ville. It offers a rich and varied musical repertoire, including film scores, compositions for wind orchestras, marches, and popular music. This repertoire is also adapted to the wishes of its members. Since August 2022, the club has collaborated with the Union Instrumentale de Prilly and the Clé d'Argent de Renens to form an ensemble of about fifty musicians of all ages. In addition to the band's rehearsals and concerts, an instrumental school has been established to make learning music accessible. The Harmonie du Pontet is actively seeking new members who play a wind instrument or percussion.
