Jodlerklub Safenwil-Walterswil

The Safenwil-Walterswil Yodeling Club is dedicated to preserving yodeling and folk singing of the Swiss tradition. The club was founded in 2006 through the merger of two former clubs. Singing in the club is intended to promote health, particularly through breathing techniques and mental well-being. Members cultivate camaraderie and actively participate in village life. Weekly rehearsals take place every Tuesday evening. The singers train their mental memory, as all songs are sung from memory. The club organizes its own events such as a yodeling breakfast, a traditional evening gathering, and a yodeling lottery.
