UHC Nesslau Sharks is a floorball club that fosters a sense of community among floorball enthusiasts and promotes well-rounded physical development. The club offers a comprehensive program for various age groups. Teams range from the youngest players in the Kids Academy, who are introduced to the sport through play, to competitive teams such as the women's team in the NLB (National League B) and the men's team in the 2nd League. The athletic training emphasizes technique, tactics, coordination, and fitness, with training sessions tailored to each age group. In addition to athletic training, the club places great importance on social interaction and team spirit through various club events. The target group includes all floorball enthusiasts, especially children and teenagers of both genders from kindergarten age onwards, but also active adults.
