About us
The shooting club Zuzwil was founded in 1872. At that time, the main focus was on off-duty shooting. Today, however, we mainly cultivate sport shooting. Since 2002 we train on the 300m shooting range Thurau in Wil.
Our clubhouse is still located on the Looberg. It is the meeting place for the social events, which are also an important part of our club life. Our clubhouse can also be rented for private events. It can accommodate about 60 people.
In the clubhouse we have an air rifle and laser shooting range, which we use mainly in winter for training and for youth development. Young people from the age of 10 can learn the basics of sport shooting there in a course from December to February.
