To powerful, explosive music, Biodanza invites you to reconnect with your body, with the life pulsing inside you, and to meet others with authenticity in a caring, safe space. At the Cultural Center of Arbaz, each session becomes a celebration of vitality, warmth and renewal. No need to know how to dance—just come as you are, in comfortable clothes with some water. Guided by Damien Neu, supervised by the Biodanza School of Lyon, you'll explore movement, connection and joy. Sessions in November: Wednesdays 19 & 26. December: Mondays 1, 8 & 15. From 7–9 pm.
