The art of fermentation or how to tame bacteria
Fermentation is one of the pillars of Raphaël's cooking, founder of Les Jardins de Chivrageon. So, naturally, this workshop is a must in our world. An opportunity to discover the magic of bacteria on your plate!

In this introductory workshop, participants are sure to change their perspective on bacteria. The aim of this course is to provide the basic knowledge needed to start preparing fermented foods at home.
The workshop lasts 3 hours and is structured as follows:

* Introduction, explanation
* Cutting, preparation
* Meal including tasting of some fifteen ferments
* Each participant leaves with a small summary booklet, and 2 jars in the process of lacto-fermentation.
