Binntalhütte SAC, 3996 Binn
Against the backdrop of the Albrun Pass, the team at the SAC hut awaits us with fine Binner alp cheese from the Binntal Alpine Cooperative.
From August 16 - 23, the SAC will be focusing increasingly on local products in the management of the Binntalhütte. In addition to targeted events, the products will be used in the kitchen and in packed lunches.
Participating businesses:
- Ruth Imhof "Bim Flöüsi": jam, shrews
- Binner Alpe: Alpine and raclette cheese, Ziger and butter
- Landschaftspark Binntal, rye flour
- Binn mountain brewery: various beers
- Biohof Binnachera, Ernen: vegetables
- Berglandhof, Ernen: tea and soup vegetables | The Binntalhütte can be reached on foot from Fäld in approx. 3 hours (8km, 800 vertical meters). We therefore recommend spending the night at the hut.
