Interview with gamekeeper Stefan Imhof, Grengiols
Why is there hunting at all? How do you actually count wild animals? And what is the difference between high and low hunting? Gamekeeper Stefan Imhof takes us into the exciting world of hunting and explains how game is counted, how to plan a hunt and how he monitors the hunt as a gamekeeper. He tells us how the animals are measured and weighed and why a hunt is sometimes carried out. We also learn about the reasons for the existence of banned areas and what significance they still have for wild animals today. We have the opportunity to ask the gamekeeper questions and learn lots of exciting and perhaps unexpected things about hunting. Stories, pictures and various visual aids await us.
