Here's what you can expect: 5 yoga lessons in a small group; lovingly prepared vegan food, made primarily from organic and seasonal ingredients; a break in the beautiful Davos mountains; time and peace for yourself; exchange within the group; and, if you like: hikes, bike tours, massages.
