"Water of Light
Completely redesigned in 2025, this exhibition showcases the crucial role of water and electricity in the economic and social development of the Valais in general, and Fully in particular, where the first dam in the Valais was built. Through objects, archives and interactive devices, it traces the rise of hydroelectric power and its repercussions for the region, from the beginning of the last century to the present day.

The temporary exhibition runs from October 16, 2025 to May 31, 2026. It invites you to rediscover the amazing adventure of hydroelectricity in the Valais, a source of energy that has transformed the landscape and the lives of the canton's inhabitants. October 16, 2025 at 7pm. Musée de Fully, former hydroelectric power station. The Musée de Fully invites you to the double opening of its temporary exhibition "Un Valais d'épopée" and its permanent exhibition "L'eau de Lumière".
