Biography

Marie Hasoňová is one of the most remarkable young talents on the Czech music scene. She is a graduate of the Czech Philharmonic Orchestra Academy, with which she has performed many prestigious concerts and tours abroad. She won several Czech and international competitions during her studies at the Primary School of Arts and later at the Conservatory. Her most significant successes include winning the main prize at the Václav Hudeček Academy. The violinist also won 1st prize at the Josef Muzika International Competition, Archetti in Moravia, Talents for Europe and the Prague Conservatory Competition Show. In 2021, together with Romanian flutist Raluca Tihon, she won the international online music video competition "Coffee Mask" (violin and flute duo). Marie is a successful performer of classical music. Thanks to her Moravian roots, she also has a warm relationship with folk music, which is her great passion and inspiration. She therefore often performs as a member of various folklore ensembles.

Tommaso Carlini was born in Civitavecchia in Italy in 1989 and completed his musical studies at the "Santa Cecilia" Conservatory in Rome. He received his diploma with the maximum number of points and a special mention for artistic merit. After further studies at the Milan Conservatory, he obtained a Master's degree in Piano Performance.

After various master classes, he obtained three master's degrees at the Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts in the class of concert pianist Konstantin Lifschitz: Master in Piano Performance, Master in Piano Pedagogy and the Soloist Diploma. Since 2020 he has been working as a piano teacher at the Kantonsschule Alpenquai and at the music school in Lucerne.

Carlini has received various prizes and scholarships during his career, has performed as a soloist and with orchestras in numerous countries, recorded a DVD in Rome for the "Liszt a Roma" project and recorded a CD with compositions by Chopin for the company "finest art" (NAXOS). For a change, he has also performed as a jazz drummer in concerts in Italy and abroad.
