You will learn the basics of aromatherapy:

- An introduction to the history of aromatherapy, its definitions and the principles of distillation.
- The various areas of application of essential oils and a comparison between allopathic medicines and essential oil-based approaches.
- The different routes of application and recommended dosage of essential oils, including dose calculations.
- The use of hydrolats and vegetable oils, and their dosage.
- An exploration of the biochemical families of essential oils.
- Practical advice on the precautions to take and tips to remember when using essential oils.
- Detailed descriptions of 10 essential oils.

You will leave with a preparation that you have made yourself.
