Swiss National Day - Leysin

### Programme for the day:

**Colline du Corbelet :**
6am: Diane, flag raising, coffee & croissants offered by the Commune of Leysin.

**1st August Race :**
From 8am: [1 August running event](https://aigleleysin.ch)

**Place Large:**
Throughout the day, there will be light refreshments and a variety of entertainment.

* From 11.30 am: Alps horns – Trio Solacyre
* 2.00 pm – 4.30 pm: Accordion ensemble by Ac'cord
* From 3.00 pm: Start of entertainment (face painting, bouncy castle, etc.)
* 3.30 pm: Tote bag customisation *(book via Leysin Tourisme)*
* 7.45 pm: La Rose des Alpes brass band
* 8.15 pm: Official ceremony with a speech by Ms Laurence Habegger, Mayor of Leysin, followed by the national anthem
* 8.30 pm – 10.45 pm: Concert by ‘Funk Therapy’
* *10.00 pm: Due to the weather conditions, the fireworks display has been cancelled*

From 11pm, the evening continues in the bars of Leysin:

* Station Rock Café at Feydey
* L'Embuscade in the village centre
