Exercises of Freedom is an artistic project by Lotis Rama that transforms the display windows of Central Park Lugano into an open space where painting, installation and memory engage in dialogue with the public.
Through abstract paintings, installations and collected materials, the project invites residents and visitors to slow down, observe and experience art as a moment of discovery. Matter, colour, gesture and fragments of memory come together in a journey exploring freedom, transformation and presence.
The display windows become a meeting place between art and everyday life, accessible to everyone and inviting each visitor to create a personal interpretation of the works.
