Body Fit

Through a wide variety of exercises and the use of small apparatus, this cardio and muscle strengthening class allows you to improve your physical condition and to have a stronger and more functionally fit body by working the muscles in depth.

During each session, different muscle groups are worked on and as a result an improvement in your well-being and fitness will be felt.

This course is organised as part of the Nendaz Sport adult programme for people aged 15 and over. It takes place all year round except during school holidays and bank holidays).
