Villars Ultraks

Villars Ultraks takes up the factors which led to the success of other Ultraks courses, and the Matterhorn Ultraks in Zermatt in particular.

These factors are mainly focused on the quality of the courses: very special attention is paid to athletes and professional organisation.

This year, four different courses are on offer. They are adapted to several abilities and performance levels, and the aim is to make Villars Ultraks attractive and accessible to trail beginners as well as more experienced racers.

Friday 28th June
- Between 3.00 pm and 8.00 pm | Distribution of CHAM, ROC, ARGENTINE and VERTICAL race numbers at the Villars Sports Centre
- From 5.30 pm | Start of the VERTICAL race (6.4km - D+: 908m/109m) at the Villars Sports Centre
- At 7.30 pm | VERTICALE prize-giving ceremony

Saturday 29th June
- Between 6.00 and 10.30 am | Distribution of CHAM, ROC, ARGENTINE race numbers at the Villars Sports Centre
- From 7.00 am | Start of the MARATHON race (48.9 km - D+: 3'143m) in waves at the Villars Sports Centre
- From 9.00 am | Start of the ROC race (28.8km - D+: 1'849m) in waves at the Villars Sports Centre
- From 10.30 am | Start of the CHAM race (20.7km - D+: 1'228m) in waves at the Villars Sports Centre
- From 11.30 am | Arrival of the first runners at the Villars Sports Centre
- At 3 pm | Distribution of CHAM, ROC and ARGENTINE prizes
- At 6.30 pm | Closing of the finish line at the Villars Sports Centre

Several free car parks in Villars (Roc d'Orsay cable car and Rochegrise).
