A father and his daughter look back over fifty years of their shared history, navigating memories, silences and emotional wounds.
From the girl’s childhood to her father’s death, \*L’Ange abîmé\* interweaves different eras and fragments of memory. Marked by a family tragedy, the relationship between these two fragile souls oscillates between love, misunderstanding, abandonment and attachment. Directed by Jean-Yves Ruf, Sara Stridsberg presents a story that is both intimate and profoundly human, brought to life by Valeria Bertolotto and Roland Vouilloz.
