Watch the alpine team making cheese and find out lots of exciting information about life on the alp. Various types of pure goat's cheese are made with love and dedication under traditional conditions. The Alpteam will be happy to answer your questions in German, French, Italian or English. You can of course taste and buy cheese and other dairy products at the cheese-making show.

Registration: by 7:00 p.m. the evening before

Goat sponsorships For people of all ages!
You can choose your own "sponsored goat" and visit it on the alp as you see fit, while also looking over the shoulders of the alp team (milking, alp grazing, etc.). In this way you support the Hannigalp in its continued existence and at the same time make a great contribution to sustainable alp management and environmental protection. As a gift you will receive a piece of cheese from the alp and a certificate. Sponsorship is possible at any time, during the entire alpine season.
