New Year's breakfast

For our New Year's breakfast we serve pancakes with carrot salmon and horseradish foam, Bircher muesli, croissants, bread and plaited bread, butter, jam, coffee or tea, orange juice, 1 glass of sparkling wine and a sweet surprise at the end.
