Risography in the spotlight
This exhibition will showcase the third-year students' graphic research work in risography. A cross between photocopying and silk-screening, this printing process enables rapid reproduction of images with a unique, vibrant and textured rendering. During a two-week workshop, these young people explored this artisanal technique by producing a series of personal posters.
A veritable laboratory of the imagination, this project enabled them to experiment with the plastic and expressive possibilities of risography, while developing a visual, graphic and sensitive reflection through serial reproduction, and expressing a graphic or personal message. Each poster reflects a vision, an idea, a printed gesture. A feast for the eyes.
During the vernissage, artist Lionel Fournier, a graduate of the School of Theatre, will present a performance inspired by the work of EDHEA students. It will follow the official part.
