During the shooting of his multi-Oscar-nominated film Elvis (2022), Luhrmann found footage of the legendary Elvis concert films from the 1970s that had been thought lost.
Together with unreleased Super 8 films from the Graceland archives, the film negatives were restored using state-of-the-art technology. The result is more than just a concert film in impressive picture and sound quality. Luhrmann gives Elvis himself a voice in his story!
