Eidg. Schützenfest in Chur mit Schiessen in Rona

The federal shooting festival is one of the largest Swiss sports events in the year 2026. The main venue is the Grisons capital Chur. Additionally, about 20 other shooting facilities from various Grisons regions will be included in the festivities and shooting operations - including the shooting range in Rona. The federal shooting festival takes place from Friday, June 5, 2026, to Sunday, July 5, 2026.

Shooting days in Rona
Shooting will take place at the outdoor shooting ranges every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from June 5 to July 5, 2026. This totals five weekends. The shooting times generally begin between 7:30 a.m. and 8:00 a.m. and last with a lunch break until around 7:00 p.m. or 8:00 p.m.

Public & spectators
The shooting event can be attended by spectators. On-site, there is the opportunity to follow the competition and utilize the gastronomic offerings.
