The Wiidorf Fäst Varen will celebrate its premiere in a new format in 2026, bringing together wine, pleasure, music, and community. Visitors can expect a diverse autumn event in the heart of the Valais wine village of Varen – featuring around 20 market stalls, regional specialties, local winemakers, clubs, and a lively festival atmosphere.

The Varner wineries open their doors and pamper guests with wines and matching specialties – from Spiis Plättli, Lachsbrotjini, and Varner Hännuwurscht to raclette, porcini mushroom risotto, beef tartare, snails, and Walliser platter.
Clubs, Businesses & Catering in the Village:
In the village center, local clubs, businesses, and private individuals provide a diverse culinary offering: Hobelkäse with rye bread, hot dogs, catering, chili con carne, raclette, game dishes, coffee and cake, as well as other specialties. The wines come from participating Varner wineries.
Market Stands:
Around the festival, numerous market stands invite exploration. Among other things, handmade products, jewelry, cards, candles, children's clothes, accessories, desserts, baked goods, jam, cheese, minerals, and other regional products are offered.
Children's Program:
For the youngest guests, there will be children's animation as well as face painting.
