For seven weeks in the summer, a herd of about 70 blackneck goats passes through the Bahnhofstrasse in Zermatt each morning and evening. This is the so-called «Goats’ Tour». Hundreds of guests stand in rows to see and photograph these black and white goats. Be ready to take a picture of the most photographed goats in the world.
At about 9.00 a.m. and at about 4.30 p.m.
In case of major events in the village, the herd will be guided along the river Vispa (Bachstrasse).
