Are you between four and six years old? Then you can familiarize yourself with films at the Little Lantern!
The Little Lantern was launched by the children's film club Die Zauberlaterne and offers children aged four to six, accompanied by their parents, the opportunity to get to know the medium of film and the movie theater in an innovative way.
What could be nicer than being able to accompany your child on their first visit to the cinema and watch them marvel, feel and think! The Little Lantern is aimed at the youngest children and gently introduces them to films on the big screen. With the Little Lantern, special consideration is given to the sensitivities of young children. The approach is at the children's eye level, but is also interesting for the adults accompanying them.
This first introduction to the film provides for six screenings over a period of two years, i.e. three per year. Each screening is dedicated to one topic, such as film music, the diversity of global filmmaking, dealing with strong emotions or different film techniques.
