Verein Amphitheater Hüntwangen

The Hüntwangen Amphitheater Association was founded in 2004 following the donation of the amphitheater to the municipality of Hüntwangen. The association is responsible for the operation and maintenance of this open-air stage. The amphitheater itself is an open, uncovered theater modeled after Roman examples, with 840 fixed seats made of concrete and stone. It features an arena with a diameter of 30 meters and an adjacent festival grounds with space for a marquee for approximately 400 people. Connections for electricity, water, and sewage, as well as a restroom building, are also available. The association offers its nearly 100 members the opportunity to support culture in the Rafzerfeld region and to experience the events at the amphitheater firsthand. The amphitheater serves as a venue for various events such as concerts, festivals, races, and celebrations. The association's target group is anyone who wishes to support the preservation and operation of this cultural site.
