The first men’s team of Roiano FC is the sporting flagship of our club and embodies our philosophy on the field: passionate football, strong team unity, and the ongoing promotion of local talents. Competing in the second division, the Men’s 1st Team proves its quality week after week, facing ambitious rivals from the region. In doing so, we value not only good results but also fair play and a positive style of football that delights our fans.
A large part of the squad consists of players who have been kicking a ball around at Roiano FC since childhood, building a special bond with the club and the Albisrieden neighborhood over many years. This strong connection to our home shapes the mentality of the team: every player gives their all on the pitch to uphold the pride of Roiano FC. Our roster is further strengthened by experienced players whose routine and tactical understanding bring balance, ensuring a healthy mix of youth and experience.
Our training is guided by modern methods and led by a dedicated coaching and support staff. Thanks to targeted fitness and tactical sessions, we continuously refine our game.
