A radiant summer concert of power, elegance and freshness, bringing together Beethoven, Dvořák, Debussy and Rossini with the TOBS! Biel Solothurn Symphony Orchestra.
The TOBS! Biel Solothurn Symphony Orchestra performs in Ipsach with a rich and varied programme. Beethoven’s powerful overture «The Creatures of Prometheus» opens the concert, followed by Dvořák’s Czech Suite, inspired by folk music. Debussy’s «Petite Suite» brings a delicate and impressionistic touch, while Beethoven’s Symphony No. 1 captivates with its freshness and classical style. To conclude this summer concert, the energetic overture from Rossini’s opera «La scala di seta» brings the evening to a brilliant close.
