A poetic duet about the birth of Pinocchio, between puppet and human, a quest for humanity and a vibrant tribute to wood and living things.
Geppetto's Prototypes is a free variation on the birth of Pinocchio. We enter the workshop, the mind and hands of the craftsman who brought the famous puppet to life. And we wonder with him: what was he trying to make? Where does humanity fit in? What does it mean to "exist"? It's a duet for a human and a puppet. Or for two humans. Or two puppets. Two beings who want to pay homage to the wood of our forests, and try to save something of the living.
